Faisal Town Phase 2 is a large housing project at Thalian Interchange on the M-2 Lahore–Islamabad Motorway, about 5 minutes from New Islamabad International Airport, from the group behind the original Faisal Town in Islamabad.

Faisal Town Phase 2 location: Thalian Interchange
- About 5 minutes from New Islamabad International Airport.
- Direct access from the M-2 Motorway, so Lahore is a straight drive.
- Close to the route of the planned Rawalpindi Ring Road.
Sectors and blocks
- Model Block (Sectors O, Q and R): plots with confirmed numbers, at the same prices as the Overseas Enclave.
- Overseas Enclave: aimed at overseas Pakistanis, on the 36-month plan.
- N Block: offered on a 4-year plan of 16 quarterly installments.
- Sector X: a newer sector whose RDA NOC is still in process.
Plot sizes come from the dimensions: 5.56 Marla is 25×50 ft, 8 Marla 30×60, 10.89 Marla 35×70, 14.22 Marla 40×80, 1 Kanal 50×90 and 2 Kanal 75×120.
Approval: check your sector
Faisal Town Phase 2 falls under the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA). The developer says Sector O is developed under RDA-approved bylaws, while the NOC for newer sectors such as Sector X is still in process.
- Check the RDA list of approved and unapproved housing schemes.
- Ask for the NOC or approval letter covering your sector.
- Pay only by pay order or demand draft in the name of Faisal Town (Pvt) Ltd.

- Pro: Near the new Islamabad airport, on the M-2.
- Pro: Simple 36-month plan, or 20% off for cash.
- Consider: The RDA NOC for some newer sectors is still in process.
- Consider: A high down payment of about 31% to 38%.
