Price per sq ft and value
Heaven 20 Heights works out to about Rs 25,000 per sq ft, while CDC Residencia is Rs 16,500 per sq ft before floor and position charges. That makes CDC Residencia's 2,528 sq ft 3 bed cheaper in total than Heaven 20 Heights' 2,123 sq ft 3 bed.
